On-site Grooming Parlour & Wet Room
Karenswood has a Grooming Parlour on site, complete with a separate wet room and professional drying equipment. The salon is large, light and airy, with various treatments available for most coat types. We use only the best quality specialist shampoos, conditioners and finishing sprays when dogs are bathed in a separate wet room before being transferred into our large, spacious grooming room.
It might be a simple “Bath & Blow Dry”, removal of dead coat, a foot and face trim, nail clip, scissor trim, clipping, de-matting or the “Full Works” – a full range of treatments are available!
We offer a pampering session on the day of collection for those dogs who have boarded with us, alternatively, we are happy to offer an all day service where busy clients are welcome to drop their dog in for treatment first thing in the morning and collect last thing in the afternoon.
A well groomed dog always looks special with a clean glossy coat and that wonderful lingering scent!

Freedom of External Runs whilst Dogs Wait
Weather and availability permitting, salon dogs in waiting can enjoy the freedom of our external runs.
The all day service also means that we are able to give the slightly more nervous or less mobile dog regular breaks from the grooming table, which allows for a more relaxed treatment.
